Benchmark Builders have a selection of sub-contractors that they use in fulfilling your entire project up to a painted finish if this is required for your projects. We are with you every step of the way whether a big job or small and will keep you updated with the progress along the way so that it is stress-free and a straightforward process for you.
New Builds
Benchmark Builders have years of experience in constructing new builds for your home or outbuildings. This can be undertaken across Calderdale and surrounding areas and you can rest assured that Benchmark Builders can easily complete your project. We can organise your new builds with a good team of sub-contractors that we use up to a painted finish.
Extensions are undertaken for any size and type, including one floor or two floors up and garage and basement conversions.
